Right now…

Picture 005

Seth’s in the bathroom, yelling “not done…not done…aaaannnd…still not done.  Man!  I thought I was gonna be done.”

(It’s tricky to know, sometimes.)

Only Seth narrates his bathroom progress.

I am sure you appreciate the play by play. Seth is a great communicator. That is an admirable quality.

I love that child. I really do.

At least you don't waste time waiting outside the door. One of my kids would sit on the pot and announce..."I'm poopin'...I'm poopin!" Good to know son.

Hey anonymous...are you selling handbags?

Okay, I have a little story for you...

Today Little John had an eye appointment and the doctor's office has one of those bathrooms that only one person can go in at a time. Luckily it was big enough for me and the stroller so I rolled John in and locked the door but tried to be quick because I didn't want somebody to be waiting and me not know it...

I have a bit of a stomach ache and it was one of those bathroom trips that, well, definitely took longer than I had anticipated. (Over share)

John started fussing and so I was trying to talk and coo at him to calm him and then I got the uncontrollable punch drunk giggles because I thought of Seth and I told John, "Sorry, not done...still not done...I thought I was gonna be done." John smiled but he didn't get the giggles like I did. I guess I thought it was funnier than he did. I should let John read this post. He would have thought it was funny if he had the backstory, I'm sure.

Seriously, this little post highlights your humor (which I love) and comedic timing. When you said, "It's tricky to know, sometimes" I belly laughed.
