The morning after

nagging-wife-curlers

The following post is what happens when you have a funny, light-hearted idea for a post, but don’t write it until late on Thursday when you are tired and un-funny and all alone because your husband is at meetings again, but you want to try posting with your new Windows Live Writer.

You write it and then you wake up the next morning and read it and realize you sound really whiny and wenchy and ungrateful for your fabulous husband.

Read on at your own expense.

Really, it isn't bad. Perhaps people who don't personally know you and Ryan would be confused but all of us who know you and him completely get that post. And I thought it was amusing, I promise.

Anyway, if it makes you feel better I did something similar in a curch talk. I thought I made hilarious joke but it just came out soundling like a diss on my husband. Whoops.

I wish we could watch all TV virtually together somehow, since I'm behind on that (and every) show too. Although, it sounds like you're not supposed to watch 24 without him? Sigh. We know you love him and we know he's awesome. No worries at all...

You are so funny...your post didn't sound bad. It's probably because I know Ryan and you so well that it really just made me laugh. It also made me feel pretty darn good that you guys actually came over and watched Lost with us considering all that Mr. Everything has on his plate.

I think it just shows how crazy good and disciplined Ryan is and how lazy the rest of us are...

I thought it was really funny, little Miss Regrets.

But I'm wondering, what happens when he becomes Mr. February?

I think you have a right to be whiney! Doesn't hubby know (even though I KNOW he is fabulous)...that if mama ain't happy ain't nobody happy?

That picture could NEVER be you, EVERYONE always says, "Jessica is SO cute, beautiful, smart, clever, talented, darling, has such cute kids..." I don't think you have pink curlers, DO YOU??? Keep being SO cute!!

I honestly didn't think it sounded whiney or wenchy. I think I just might get your humor ☺.

So how do you like Windows Live Writer? Is it easier than blogger in your opinion?

No need to apologize for being human. The post was real and entertaining and anyone who knows you, knows you are very much in love with Ryan. No apology needed.

Blog stalker coming out... I have been reading your blog for a while..can't remember how I linked to yours but today I just realized we are related. Ryan's Grandpa (Derald) and My Grandma (Beatrice) are brother and sister. I guess that means that my mom (Pat) and your Ryan's Dad are 1st cousins. I don't know how much they knew of each other though with them living in Washington and my mother passed away so I can't ask her either. I was reading the Park and Mary Vilate Lee Romney book this afternoon and figured it all out. I met Grandma Sue many times when she would come down to visit. I remember Sue coming with our family up to snowbird for a Sunday afternoon drive. Anyways, just wanted to leave a note and say hello. Love the humor you put on your blog.
