This is the note Ryan passed me at church last Sunday:
As you can see, the verifying of footwear for four year olds
is not high on the priority list on Sunday mornings.

SO he goes w/o shoes sometimes? MOVE that boy to HAWAII!!
That is funny.
Maybe it's the age. Our 3 1/2 year old HATES putting on shoes with a passion. I usually force it and he's really grumpy when we get to church.
Perhaps I will be more casual about it in the future...since you guys are awesome parents and all. :)
Canon also HATES shoes... unless they're Crocs. He wears crocs to church :(.
That is so hilarious!!
When Evan was that age he always ditched his shoes. Somebody at church said something to me about it and I told him that I simply count myself lucky that he still had pants on.
Maybe you could get Seth some Gangsta shoes like Camden A.'s...since Seth admired them.
Love. It. Major accomplishment. :)
That is funny!
you and your husband are both hysterical...(and very awesome parents).
i like lauren's idea. seth "wanna be a thug" romney kickin it bad boy style at church. he can pimp out the pew with l'il cam. wink at the honeys. shoot dice for the tithing pot. CAN I GET A A-MEN!
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!! It's a miracle we make it to church every Sunday. Alone, four kids and we are on time. Clothes? Well, sometime those are optional.
LOL. That is so funny. I have to tell my daughter to leave hers on half the time.
Oh. my. gosh. "wink at the honeys" Andrea KILLS ME!
I think you should go inactive. Pretend you're offended, and you'll get the best visiting teachers, no calling, and the entire ward sucking up to you whenever you do show up. That'll show 'em.
That's funny!!
hahahaha. it cracks me up what ward members notice. our nursery leader always mentions how long scarlett leaves her shoes on. i finally told him(nicely but thinking snarky) that i was just glad that we were at church.
I think Joren and Seth would have been great friends had you not moved away. He wears his bright red Cars crocs to church each week. Some things just aren't worth the fight with him.
So glad someone else does that! In Arizona footwear for my kids is almost always optional...
