Why?
Because last Sunday night, I answered a call from a customer service associate, letting me know that I had left my photo packet of a "really cute baby" (thank you very much!) in the store and that they'd be holding it at Register #19 for me. Which is really nice.
Except they called me at 11:22 pm. As in, 38 minutes before midnight. When 85% of the world is sleeping.
Apparently, customer service at Wal-Mart never sleeps.
(Rescued photos of Faith. Note the sleeping.)

She is a really cute baby.
Oh so frustrating when they sleep through the carefully orchestrated pictures! WalMart is inexpensive- as much as we hate it who doesn't like to save a buck?
You had her! she is just gorgeous! Congrats and glad Walmart saved the day. :)
WalMart will forever be redeemed in my book!
Faith is gorgeous...I know I always say that but it is so true!
Is that a ribbin tied around her head or one of those pre-made headbands?
Okay...doy..."ribbon"...
Because she is so adorable, I'm gad she gets to wear the absolutely most adorable clothes.
Ooooh the clothes. Sigh.
I should tell you about my customer service experience with Pottery Barn Kids.
Oh, there are those cute red shoes again!!!
What a doll. I want to snuggle her.
We outsource this stuff, ya know. It was probably some dude in India. Seriously. I read a book about this. There is even a McDonalds drive thru in Illinois that the guy asking you for your order at the sign, is in India.
Oh, and of course, VERY cute baby indeed.
How weird is that late phone call...simply odd.
Adorable dress, adorable shoes, adorable face!
I'm having a hard time commenting on the stupid Wal Mart employee because I'm so taken with that sweet little baby!!!!!
What? That is crazy.
Good thing that sleeping baby is so cute!!!
Now you can both sleep in heavenly peace.
What an angel you have.
the ironic part of this post is that when i saw you had a new post on my reader, i thought "there had better be some new pictures of that baby here." and then i thought "if there are no pictures of the new baby, i'm going to totally disregard whatever she writes about in my comment, and simply ask for more pictures of the new baby."
yay faith. i need to come up there and smooch on her.
Hilarious. I'm glad the red shoes made the photo shoot. She is so pretty!
Funny about the time- if the baby herself was missing then I can see the justification for an 11:38pm phone call.
I'd give my left arm for a Wal-Mart closer than Mexico.
Faith is sweet.
hey - at least you didn't leave the baby at Wal-Mart. I bet you would have been okay with a late night call in that case.
Ok, so blurb.com appears to have shut down "slurping" of blogger indefinitely. Sucky.
That is so odd. The timing, I mean.
Well, she is precious and I'm really glad you got your photos home.
Awwwww!
And you're on west coast time, so it would have been EVEN LATER if they were calling from any other part of the country. Or was it your local store that called? I am perplexed as to why anyone would think calling at that hour is acceptable.
AND didn't she notice the pictures were of a BABY?
Oh well, at least you got them back.
I think that was very nice although inconvenient. And Faith is so cute!!!
Yes those pictures are so darn cute but she is even more precious in person!
My old computer with your email info on it crashed so sorry, this has nothing to do with this post. But will you be around the 29th of December? We will be in town and I have reserved that date as my time visiting friends. If you are around, we should play and stare at all the new babies.
Faith is absolutely precious! I so love the name.
Sorry, still not convinced on WalMart's customer service. They drive me batty.
oh what sweet photos!
I will have to let Bill know that they are going to have to step up customer service at Target!!!
can I have her for Christmas?
She's so darling! And, that's SO Walmart.
A fifth child has never been so well-dressed!
That's like when the DC police called me to tell me they found my stolen car - at 2 AM!!
I can't wait to hold that cutie pie!!!!!
